Constants‘ "New Babylon" is one of the earliest ideas of Megastructure in the information age. The post-modern society is based on the development of modern science and information technology. The architecture in the electronic age is the expression of information and the design of time. These elements, whether information flow or time flow, the architecture of that era also needs to have these qualities. Efficient infrastructure and public transport systems are the core of every resilient city. Building new transportation lines and improving the existing public transport network will help to integrate new developments. Hyperloop ---the futuristic means of transport that will connect cities and nations at a much-higher speed than planes has been created.
